Most of the airlines require a new form to be completed each time that you fly. Once you have paid $99 for our annual letter and we completed your first form, then throughout that year, for each additional airline form to be completed, the cost is only $45. We will do this for one full year. at which time you will need an updated evaluation.

Currently, the airlines requiring an annual update.  Our letter is good for a year under the airlines guidelines, after which you will pay a yearly $99 fee which will always include us filling out the first round-trip form.

FYI: The airlines are making changes for the requirements. Our obligation is to supply the letter.
